I used to find cute stuff here, but lately the styles just feel outdated and kind of boring. Like, give me a break, everything looks the same and nothing really stands out anymore...

"Shipping was slow, but the dress was nice"
I ordered this dress thinking it would show up in a few days, but it ended up taking almost two weeks. The tracking barely updated, which made it even more frustrating because I had no idea what was going on. I needed it for a dinner, and of course it arrived after the event. that was annoying. That said, the dress itself was actually cute when it finally got here, so I’m kind of torn. I like the item, but the shipping experience was not great.

I used to feel like dressbarn was a good spot for deals, but lately the prices feel a little high for the quality. A few things look really cute online, then they show up and the fabric feels cheaper than I expected. The sale stuff can be decent sometimes, but I definitely wouldnt pay full price for most of it. And once you add shipping or deal with returns, it doesnt really feel like much of a bargain anymore

"Sizing was exactly as inconsistent as I expected"
I ordered my usual size, even though I had a feeling the sizing might be off, and unfortunately I was right. The dress ended up being tight in the bust but weirdly loose around the waist. I checked the size chart beforehand, but it didn’t really clear anything up. Disappointed, especially since dealing with the return was such a hassle.

I emailed them twice about my order and still haven’t heard anything back. It’s really frustrating because there’s no clear communication about what’s going on or when I should expect a reply. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but being left completely in the dark is annoying.

"Still Waiting for My Refund"
The return process itself was easy, and my sister even helped me get everything packaged up and sent back. But I’m still waiting on the refund, and it hasn’t shown up yet. It’s been frustrating because the return part went smoothly, but the money never came back.

"Looked better online than in person"
I thought this dress was going to be a lot nicer based on the photos and the whole vibe of the listing, so maybe I assumed too much. It did look cute at first, but when it arrived the fabric felt thin and kind of cheap. After one wash, the shape got a little weird too. It’s not awful, but for the price I expected better.

"Finding a dress shouldn’t be this hard"
I tried to shop for a dress, which should’ve been simple, but almost everything I liked wasn’t actually available in my size. A couple of times it even looked like it was in stock until I got to checkout, then suddenly it was unavailable. After spending all that time browsing, it felt like a total waste. The site really needs to keep the stock info updated better.

"Promo code keeps disappearing"
I don’t know what’s going on, but the discount shows up at first and then just disappears when I get to checkout. It’s happened more than once now, which is frustrating.

"My delivery never showed up"
I ordered a dress and the delivery date just came and went with no package. The tracking barely updated, and when I reached out to support, they weren’t much help at all. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again...

"Wrong item in my order"
I ordered two dresses from Dressbarn, and one of them was not what I picked at all. It was kind of in the same color family, but the style and size were wrong, which immediately made me feel uneasy. Once they already had my payment, I expected the order to be handled correctly, so getting a random wrong dress was frustrating.
Customer service did eventually respond, but it took a little while, and now I’m stuck dealing with the return process. The other dress was fine, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it definitely made me less confident about ordering from them again. Not the worst experience ever, but after paying, I don’t really like feeling like I have to double-check everything they send me.
